It’s on the quiet side of Gatlinburg but still an easy drive into downtown and to Pigeon Forge. Dollywood was about 30 minutes away and I’d highly suggest taking the scenic backroads through Buckhorn Rd to miss the traffic. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds and movie area in their room. John was easy to communicate with and the check in/check out process was very clear and easy.
