Decorated for the Season! Location, location, location! 1 mile from the Gatlinburg strip. The cabin is a short 5-minute drive to everything. Close to all attractions and nestled in the perfect neighborhood with various alternate roads. Favorite local pancake house, Pizza, and BBQ restaurant right down the street! Large open floor plan. Fireplace in the living room and a dining table that seats the whole family. Ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom. One bedroom on the main level for any guests that don't want to climb stairs. Hot tub and firepit for smores in the lower level deck. Outdoor dining table with gas griddle on main deck for sunset afternoons with the neighborhood bears! Complimentary coffee bar for your caffeine needs. Drip coffee pot and Keurig coffee machine. We also include coffee flavors (Hazelnut, French Vanilla, Salted Caramel, Pumpkin Spice, and Irish Cream) and provide ground coffee, espresso, kcups, sugar, and honey sticks for all guests. Family House: We provide a high chair, booster seat, pack-and-play, and baby gate upon request. We have an indoor adventure tent with baby/toddler toys for the little ones in the bunk bedroom. Bunkbeds are Queen sized; big enough for multiple children or some fun adults! Foosball table! Arcade with over 20k games-Mario, Atari, Super Nintendo, Pacman, Street Fighter, etc. Giant Jenga and Connect 4\. Brand new lego table for endless hours of fun! Popcorn machine with complimentary kernels for your cozy movie night in the family room. The cleaning company will provide: (1) laundry detergent, (1) dishwashing powder, (1) dishwashing liquid, (1) kitchen sponge, (2) paper towels, (1) lysol cleaning spray-under sink, (1) aluminum foil roll, (1) parchment paper roll, (2) toilet paper rolls per bathroom, (2) garbage bags for each garbage can, (1) hand soap at each bathroom, (1) shampoo, conditioner, and body soap per bathroom. We strongly suggest to bring your favorites from home or purchase at the local stores. Please note third party amenities such as electricity and internet are beyond our control. We had a wonderful stay with our family group of 7\. Grandparents stayed on the main level, parents & kids stayed in the 2 bedrooms downstairs. The decks on both the lower and main level offer excellent seating and lovely views. Great place to enjoy sunrise & sunset. Everyone appreciated having en-suite bathroom in each of the 3 bedrooms, as well as a small powder room on the main level.The house is very well-equipped for kids. Ours especially loved the queen-sized bunk bed and the games (foosball, giant Connect 4). One highlight: like many other visitors we saw a BEAR! It was right outside the main-level bedroom window then wandered away. Location is great - easy access to the national park and everything Gatlinburg has to offer. There is a charming little Salt & Pepper Shaker Museum very close to the house which was an unexpected treasure.My only contra-indication for this house is if you're afraid of heights or a very nervous driver. It is built into the side of a very steep hill. To drive up the last steep block to the house, you have to make a very sharp turn with no guardrails which can be a little nerve-wracking especially if the weather is bad. However we managed it fine, just took it slow. Note the road is fully paved.Overall, highly recommend! ##### Miki M. It’s even more spacious than it appears in the photos, with beautiful high ceilings and plenty of room for our family of five. Everything was spotless, tastefully decorated, and felt recently renovated.The air conditioning was excellent—despite outdoor temperatures in the 90s, the cabin stayed comfortably cool throughout. All towels and bedding were provided, and I really appreciated the extra towels specifically for the hot tub, as well as the additional blankets available in each bedroom and in the common areas.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The two decks were absolutely a highlight! The upper deck features a large flat-top gas grill and dining area, while the lower deck has a hot tub and cozy rocking chairs—perfect for relaxing. We even had daily bear sightings from the decks! Check-in was smooth, and the hosts were very responsive to messages. The location is perfect—an easy drive to the main strip in Gatlinburg. While the road leading up to the cabin includes a sharp turn and incline, it was totally manageable. We had no trouble at all in our minivan; four-wheel drive definitely isn’t necessary.We had an amazing stay and will absolutely book this cabin again the next time we visit Gatlinburg! ##### Amy D. Our kids (14, 11, 8) loved the set up, and they even asked to just hang out at the cabin a couple of days instead of going anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked, and all the small touches truly made it a home away from home. As frequent visitors to the area, we loved the location and would stay here again. The cabin was very clean and the spaces were perfect for our family with our 2 adult children. It is located very close to Gatlinburg and the Sugarlands Visitor Center so access to the activities that we planned in the Smoky Mountains was great. This cabin was a great place to stay in Gatlinburg. It has eveerything you need for a great stay. It was immaculately clean. Great selection of books to enjoy, fire pit, dishes, pots pans, etc. The location is convenient to everything. When we arrived the boys (ages 10 and 11) wanted to play ping pong. Upon set up of the table we discovered it was broken and not usable. i contacted the host who notified us in less than 24 hours that the maintenance guy could not fix it and she had ordered another one.
