Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and 3 full bathrooms with additional sleeping on queen size sleeper sofa. There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile) and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop. The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided! Access code located in master bedroom on the device. Being right in the heart of it all, you are a quick drive to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This world renowned park offers: Scenic Drives, Waterfalls, Wildlife Nature Hiking, Picnicking and Horseback Riding to name a few. We loved our condo stay in Gatlinburg! The condo was spectacularly clean, had everything we needed for our 3 days, comfy and cozy!! When I had a question for Charles, he responded immediately. It was a simple question - no issues - but he still responded! I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in Gatlinburg!! Thank you! ##### Jessie C. Close enough to walk to downtown, but wouldnt want to walk any farther. Double oven was nice too, would have liked to have at least one more sheet pan. The walk to downtown is about 2 or 3 blocks. Very happy with this rental and will use again if available. Make sure you have your check in information before arriving, in case you have no Wi-Fi connection to check your emails. Cell service can be spotty depending on your service provider. It was just a short walk to shops, restaurants, etc. which we liked. If you have any mobility problems you may not want the upstairs bedroom. The stairs could be challenging. The floors/spiral stairs were a little dirty. And, I would reccommend some light blocking curtains in the main bedroom. The security light from the property behind are very bright all night long.
