About 15-20 min either direction either gets you to both tourist areas. We loved sitting in the hot tub and taking in the great views and even managed to see a few black bears from the deck. The house is perfectly situated up the mountain between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.The home is spacious for our family of 5 and their family of 4 to spread out. The bonus game room/theatre was great for our preteens. It was the perfect home to unwind and reconnect. The screened in patio was wonderful for evening games, the eat in kitchen was spacious for all 9 of us. It was nice to have two king rooms, with one being separate from the house. The theatre/game room provided hours of entertainment. The views are incredible and we even had a few early morning visitors, bears, that were enjoying the apple tree. The communication with the owners was great. We had no issues during our stay.
