It was an easy walk in to downtown Gatlinburg but it was one heck of a walk back up (I learned I need to start working out more.) The location is great - trolley stop right out front. Lots of steps up to the 3rd floor. The coffee maker does not work and the toaster barely does, the kitchen sink does not drain very well and the couch cushions were torn.
