We would hike in the morning and then spent much of the day at the pool with the kids loved. You do need to drive to the pools, but the drive to and from is rather easy and can provide some very scenic spotsThe kids loved the place there was ample TVs, arcade game, shuffleboard, and foosball. The foosball has seen better days but it worked well enough for the kids. The shuffleboard is a bit uneven so it skews one way unfortunately. The grill worked well. I would say if you plan to go in the fall or winter and want to use the fire pit you do need to bring your own propane as there was none there. It is listed, but I think it was listed after we booked the site unless I missed something. Again it was hot we didn’t even use it at night. Hot tub worked but again didn’t use it. It was a fine place to stay and would stay there again.Justin as a host though was fantastic. He was very accessible and quick to respond. We had an amazing stay, host was very communicative, the property was excellent for our extended family and small kids. The cabin was very clean and spacious, the basement was perfect for our teen boys. The back porch was great for all of us to hang out. Highly recommend this host and his property! ##### Nicole H. The pictures are slightly deceiving of the neighborhood, as several houses have been built since they were taken. The serenity I wished for was dulled by lots of neighbors and evening noise. I know that is out of their control, but if I had known there were so many people nearby, I might have made a different choice in housing. ##### Lyndsey R. Just make sure your vehicle and spouse are ready for steep and curvy roads and driveways. Downtown is only 1.5 miles away but it takes 10 minutes. You don’t want to make that trip more than you have to so plan your day accordingly. ##### Russ R.
