It is spacious, nicely decorated and has amazing views. The beds were all comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. We had a small issue with the towels, but once we reached out it was quickly fixed. The location is great as well. It’s up the mountain, but still close to downtown. ##### Kelley R. Even saw a bear on the property. The house was clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked. We really enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and the air hockey table. The hot tub was wonderful! Everything was great! There was a minor issue in which the owners were completely receptive to. They made sure our needs were met and wanted to make sure that not only did we enjoy our stay, but were also were concerned about their future guests. All the games were a hit with the kids. The home was very clean and offered lots of “starter items” (dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, etc.) that allowed us to not have to run out and grab things right away. The hot tub was a perfect way to wind down after a day of exploring. The movie theater was a great way to end our night, and the beds were super comfortable. The in suite bathrooms were perfect. The kids had plenty to do and made lots of memories while there. Lots of space for our two families and the kids loved all bunking together in 1 room. Pictures are accurate, however the space and views are above and beyond. Two large king bedrooms and 4 queen bunkbeds, more than enough room. Son (8) was super excited about the different games, pool foosball and ping pong. Large deck on every level to take in the clear view of the mountains. Also very convenient to town, only about 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and 20 from pigeon forge strip. Home is fully stocked and could not want for anything. I would recommend this property to any and all. Host was very receptive and checked in us when bad weather came. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Had a bear climb up in the bed of one of our trucks which sounds bad but was pretty cool. The movie theater room was a pain to make work (I’m 31 and work in tech….) lol. My kids and wife managed to get some stuff to work every once in a while but ultimately I just watched other tvs. Beautiful views and an interesting drive up to the house.
