Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy the "trout stocked" stream located just minutes away. Just be aware that there are some restrictions that are unusual. We had two condos in this building because we traveled with my husband’s family. The only problem was that the elevator down to the Parkway street level was out of order during our 3 night stay. Since we are all senior citizens, we had to drive up and down the extremely steep driveway to the condo every time we went out. The main reason we chose this location was because we could walk everywhere and we wouldn't have to drive and then pay for parking each we left the condo. Great location, VERY nice 2BR 2 bath condo unit, great communications with host. The unit was absolutely spotless. There was plenty of very convenient parking.
