We only had 1 hick up with checking in, the door code wouldn't work but Brad quickly responded to my text within minutes with a new door code. We were on the 4th floor in a corner unit, mornings with coffee on the balcony were so peaceful. The condo was perfect for our family vacation with our daughters and their spouces, everything you needed was there. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the pool was relaxing and you can't beat the mountain views. Our last day there we had a bear visit which was exciting to see! This condo is conveniently located minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. Our family of 5 had the most comfortable stay where every detail was well thought out, from kitchen supplies to linens, towels, cushions - every aspect was on point. We absolutely loved our little piece of heaven in the mountains and enjoyed our Mountain View’s with coffee on our private balcony. We arrived to an immaculate condo that was very well appointed. Everything you could possibly need was there and everything was brand new. The couch and the beds were all very comfortable and the spotless bathrooms were nice but the large soaking tub in the master bathroom offered superior relaxation. We will definitely be staying here again because of all I listed above and also the excellent management by the Helton Family. They truly have a gem in the heart of Gatlinburg. The view at night will take your breath away, especially seeing all the lights glowing from Downtown Gatlinburg. ##### Pamela B.
