Knotty by Nature is located only 5 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The Cabin is a roomy all log constructed cabin which features one bedroom, a loft bedroom with full size bunk beds, and 2 full baths. The cabin setting has a private deck with a mountain view. The private 4 person hot tub is easily accessed from the master bedroom or living room. The cabin is fully furnished with luxury features including rustic cabin upholstered sofa and love seat, 2 TV's, Wi-Fi, Pool Table, Stack stone wood burning fireplace and hardwood flooring. The views from inside are enhanced by the high cathedral ceilings. Our cabin is only 5 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg on paved roads. Main features include 1 bedroom with King size bed and Loft bedroom with full size bunk beds and private bath. The cabin has a total of 2 full baths. Other features include a 4 person hot tub, jacuzzi tub, beautiful wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer, pool table, 2 TV's one in each room and all log contemporary design with high ceilings and windows for those spacious outdoor views. Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances. The dining room offers seating for six. This Chalet is fully furnished with all modern conveniences and spectacular mountain views from all levels of the chalet. Relax your cares away on the outdoor swing or rocking chairs. Kitchen/Dining room: Spacious fully stocked kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, toaster, regular coffee maker and Keurig Coffee maker. Dining room seats up to 6 people and the bar area in the kitchen seats two. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish detergent, at least 2 dishwasher pods, and kitchen trash bags. 3\. What does the Kitchen include? -The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, various pots and pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot. 4\. Does the Cabin have a grill?- Yes! We have a Charcoal grill for your use. Please use with caution. 5\. Do you provide firewood?- No, be sure to pick up some, as well as starter logs at the grocery store or gas station on your way in. 6\. Do you allow Pets? - No. Pets are not allowed. 7\. When will I get the address and access information to the Cabin?- We will message the door code, and directions at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date. 8\. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay?- Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled for every stay. 9\. What time is Check in and Check out? - You can check in any time after 3PM and you must check out prior to 11 am on the day of your departure. 10\. Just looking at the details of the cabin and the decorations and how it was selected carefully and beautifully, it makes you want to stay there longer as you get to enjoy everything there. The privacy we had was a bonus too. My kids loved the hot top. Besides that, it’s within five minutes drive to downtown Gatlinburg. If I’m totally honest my only down side AND this is not putting the cabin or any one down just a would be nice list… dish towels for the kitchen, small bowls or containers for the kitchen . Instructions on how to use the TV … lol we finally figured out how to turn the volume up and down and how to actually use the Tv. on our last night , we actually got a good laugh afterwards . pool table was in a great location plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking items needed to make a nice dinner. The loft was perfect for a little fun and also gave some privacy for my teenage kids. The hot tub was such a nice way to relax and enjoy the quietness and beautiful nature that surrounded the cabin. The ice maker didn't work, the dishwasher didn't work due to a broken seal inside. The double jacuzzi in the bedroom was nice, but the hot water heater was inadequate to even fill enough to turn the jets on. The linens were of the lowest quality and there was only a thin summer quilt on the bed, no comforter or blanket. Mildew in the shower, cobwebs hanging from the fan & the kitchen blinds looked as if someone had eaten on them. A nice fireplace, but ! !/2 pieces of wood wasn't even enough to start a fire. The reviews on Expedia were pretty good, but the guest check in book didn't have those same reviews as other guests had the same issues as we did. Its a shame to have a nicely built cabin and put so little into it that no one want to rent it. The cabin was spacious and well kept, the location was super close to the national park and downtown Gatlinburg, but still offered a lot of privacy. The host was very accommodating, and responded quickly to all of my questions.
