The cozy living room downstairs boasts another sleeper sofa, accommodating additional guests with ease. The ping pong table was a hit along with the hot tub. The second story deck was our favorite in the mornings to sip on coffee and take in the beautiful views and weather. The kitchen is very well furnished so it's very easy to stay in and cook and the place as a whole was so clean and new feeling. There is one main bedroom and some couches that have pull out capability but for our group of 3, we had more than enough space. The third floor (with ping pong) is such a fun hang with large bean bags to hang out on and there is a fun Nintendo setup there as well. All floors had wonderful TV's as well. Communication was proactive through all phases of the trip and check out instructions were easy. We loved it! ##### Cole H.
