In Town with a Spectacular View - Walk to the Parkway!

Within walking distance to Gatlinburg's newest adventure park...Anakeesta!! Park at the Building parking area and enjoy the day without worrying about finding a parking spot in the busy downtown area.

Cozy, 1023 sq ft, 4th floor Gatlinburg condo in the heart of it all! Walking distance (3 blocks) to the parkway and located one block from a trolley stop! Enjoy the spectacular view from the private balcony. Great location with city on one side and forest on the other side. Hardwood floors, tile floors, vinyl floors, gas fireplace and mantle, granite countertops throughout, microwave. Building has an indoor heated pool and an elevator. We have a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. With TVs in all the bedrooms, your family members will be able to relax after a long day of sight seeing. Enjoy movies and shows from our smart TV along with free high speed internet access for all your personal electronic devices. We have king size beds in two of the three bedrooms.

This unit is professionally maintained and we take great care to keep it as allergy free as possible. We request our guests to maintain a very strict no animal and no smoking policy in the unit or on the balcony. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Special note for allergy sufferers: We have completely removed all wall-to-wall carpeting to reduce allergens.

Sleeps 6 comfortably. Queen sleeper sofa is available in addition but will not be as comfortable as the bed.

In-town, yet away from it all.: This condo is in an excellent location. It is a nice walk to the many attractions, shops, and restaurants of Gatlinburg. But, it also borders the forest, so it has that peaceful feeling like you are out in the woods.
The building has an elevator. Please understand it is beyond our control if the elevator has mechanical difficulties from time to time. If you have someone traveling with you who has trouble walking up the stairs in case of power failure or elevator not working due to reasons beyond our control, consider signing up for travel insurance for a very nominal price through VRBO.

No complaints about the host interaction. Comlpex and condo are dated and needs a few minor repairs. We never were able to light the fireplace, even with the directions. The couch and chair in the living room were uncomfortable. For the price, it was ok.

This is where we love staying for our annual family vacation. The condo is conveniently located, close enough to town but with enough distance to give the feeling of being away in the mountains. Let’s not forget how clean and spacious it is as well, with three bedrooms and bathrooms. We love staying here and look forward to repeating our stay year after year.

The most amazing week I have spent there in Gatlinburg all year.I wasnt feeling well so I had to stay in for the first two full days I was there. Every comfort of home you coukd ever ask for, even eight down to a heating pad. So foe two days I curled under a blanket by the fire place and made it a Hallmark Marathon with Hot Cocoa and Apple Cider. The views from the Balcony you can see pretty much all of downtown. Walking distance to anything you desire. Every year I have stayed here I have seen Bear. The Condo is always spotless and you feel like your at home and comfortable if your alone or with a part of 6. I have already been Blessed by booking for next year. Hinored as always to be able to stay here every chance I get. And the owners are Amazing to work with as well!

It was great, lots of room, easy access to downtown. We were there about 30 minutes and saw 7 bears, 2 walked right below the balcony, then we saw 4 cubs playing and their mother. I would definitely stay here again. It was clean and well equipped with everything you would need.We had a great time!

Wonderful location a mile away from the busy downtown and had a nothing but woods behind the condo. I felt safe and loved the condo. was wonderful to have 3 bedroom with 3 bathrooms 2 king size beds and 1 queen! Yes the living room and kitchen were small but we all 4 loved it! Had a few bears wondering through which was a plus for us!

The location couldn’t be better—just a short and easy walk to Anakeesta and all the downtown attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The unit was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were incredibly simple and straightforward, which made the whole experience seamless. Excellent!!! Zeenia was a wonderful hostess. The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. There were bear sightings!!! And a bunny. Close to lots of fun things to do and see. Great views!!! Highly recommend!!! We vacationed we an 18 & 19 year old. They had a blast! If we come back to the Smokies, I would definitely rent this again.
