It's peaceful and private, yet incredibly convenient—you’ll pull in, look out, and say “wow!” Getting Around: This cabin is only 3.6 miles to downtown Gatlinburg. It is very convenient. We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. Other Things to Note: • Guests must be 21 years or older to book this cabin. • Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. • A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel. The roads are paved and typically accessible, but weather can change quickly in the Smokies. • The gas fireplace is seasonal and usually operates from October through March, depending on the weather. • A charcoal grill is available—please bring your own charcoal. • The coffee maker is a Keurig/traditional combo—bring your favorite grounds or pods. • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use. Hot tub morning coffee to nights spent by the fire, this place was exactly what we were looking for our couples getaway. The communication with the hosts was stellar, very clean, and well taken care of. Close to town was definitely a plus. Definitely will return again. ##### Megan T. It was very clean and had spectacular views. My only recommendation is for those who like fluffy pillows, you might want to bring some, because the 2 bed pillows are very flat. Perfect location with an amazing view! Great location, close enough to the busy parts of gatlinburg but easy access to the bypass to get into GSMNP without having to sit in all the downtown traffic. The property owner communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. (It was not too much - it just made sure that the entire visit was smooth.) What a little slice of heaven this cabin is! We loved our stay here in every way. The location was perfect and the view of the Smokey’s was fantastic! The cabin had everything we needed and more. It was so inviting and relaxing and it was perfect for what we wanted. Enjoyed having coffee every morning on the deck looking at the mountains.
