The chalet was beautiful and offered wonderful views and accommodations for our trip. It had everything we needed and was close to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. It was a great location to get anywhere in the area including downtown Gatlinburg, pigeon forge and the National Park for hiking. As title suggests, overall it was a positive experience and we had a decent stay.Excellent location to access the National Park as you don’t have to deal with downtown Gatlinburg. Quiet neighborhood so we slept peacefully. There was plenty of space for the family in all aspects.The listing description is accurate, however, I’m not sure how long ago the refresh happened, but the place needs more love…again. ##### Jason C. We did see bears on the way to the chalet 3 nights, and we wanted to. The step roads and driveway were a bit worrisome for city drivers...but it is a mountain. Great place to stay ##### Jason M.
