The house is situated high on a hill overlooking Gatlinburg and has amazing views. It has a small level yard that was mostly fenced in, so that was a bonus for the kids to play in. The movie theater, video games and pool table were nice, and it had plenty of seating in the kitchen and space to spread out inside. The decks are large and have great views. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work the whole week even though maintenance came out several times to look at it. Even worse, the kitchen had roaches. When we complained after the first day, they sent someone to spray, but we still came upon roaches on the kitchen counters several more times throughout the week. Very gross. One of the showers on the main floor also leaked into the basement bathroom. For the price we paid per night we had high expectations and were disappointed by these negatives. ##### Kathleen C. Everything we could have imagined was provided - kids loved the movie theater and video games. Views from the patio were amazing and so peaceful as we watched the clouds float by - all while looking across the mountains at Anakeesta. My only recommendation is for a bit larger bath towels. They are a bit on the small side. Otherwise everything was comfy and it was a very seamless express check-in. They even called us when the house was ready - a few hours before our check-in.
