Kitchen is adequate for quick, easy meals; comes with all necessities. Hot tub is highly chlorinated, so we did not have concerns in using it, was delightful after a couple longer walking days. TVs in pretty much every space, if that's a bonus for you. Easy check in, host was very communicative up until we had a concern, then he did not respond. Negatives: Kitchen is cramped for the number it says it houses (up to 9) - we were never able to sit all of us down for a meal, or have too many at the table if people were actively cooking or cleaning as the table is in the kitchen.Biggest concern was the "not updated information" from the owner on the sleeping for nine (3 king or queen beds, plus twin over twin bunk, plus sleeper couch in one of the bedrooms.) There was no sleeper couch or futon anywhere in the house. My 13-yo slept on a couch in the common room so he slept until everyone was awake, then he was up too. There were 6 towels for all nine of us, which w/lovely hot tub on the deck, was a little silly. A communal pool is listed in the amenities, but there was no further information, so no swimming either. All this would be fine if you were a smaller group, just felt like we were led astray in the description. ##### Megan S. It was 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children) and we were not crowded at all. There where a couple of spiders (daddy long legs) but that’s something I expected being so close to nature as we where. But other than that it was everything I expected. And my family loved the peace and comfort it provided for us that was well needed after Loosing a loved one (my grandmother)!! ##### Charles L. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and private. The location was convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Park which was most important to us. As mentioned in previous reviews, the road to the home was steep and challenging to drive. Stayed at this property for a long weekend over the Fourth of July holiday. The set-up of the house was even better than described! We had two families stay together with 5 kids combined, all teenagers, the youngest being age 14\. Two rooms with a full bathroom and game room downstairs became the perfect spot for all the teens to have privacy and hang out while us parents had the two rooms upstairs, each with their own bathrooms, and some peace and quiet :0). The entire house was spotless on check in and the property manager was extremely responsive to questions. If you’re looking for a great summer getaway, especially if a large group or two families, this was the perfect accommodation for us!!! ##### Christine M. The host is very communicative and check in was a breeze, no issues at all. Hot tub and fooseball were a ton of fun! The beds were extremely comfortable! We loved that both upstairs bedrooms were ensuites, perfect for our two families but could also be great for a single family. Definitely not a party neighborhood which was nice for our purposes, you here everything around as sound bounces off the mountains. We got to hear a bear in someones car down the street which was pretty wild! (Ha pun not intended.) Our only 'complaints' weren't huge issues for us. 1\. The kitchen is small for the number of beds available BUT there's tons of good options around to eat and we had no issues getting into places. Honestly, we didn't feel like cooking anyways so this ended up being fine but could have been an issue in a busier season. (We had 4 adults and 5 kids ages 7 to 12 and used all the rooms.) 2\. The towels are small/thin and we could have used more. This didn't break the trip for us, we didn't even reach out to the host for more, which I'm sure they would have provided. Bring towels from home if you are bougie. Overall, we had a great trip and loved our first visit to the area. The house was perfect for us. ##### Tera A. The cabin was just as described. The layout was perfect for us. We had 6 adults and two children staying the week. Every morning the clan got up and took their showers, getting ready for the day, and not once did we ever run out of hot water!!! All the beds had pillow top mattresses and they were very comfortable. Waking up to the mountain view each morning was a plus. I’ll close by saying that when communicating with our host their responses were very prompt and informative. ##### Kenny R. Perfect location if you want to hike a lot. Grocery store super close. The beds were comfortable! A baby gate for the stairs would be great for family's with little ones. AC & heat work great. The host was very responsive every time I messaged with any questions.
