Everything we needed was there and the location wasn't far from any of the activities we wanted to do. Check in and out was hassle free. The cabin came with a cozy bear theme with stuffed animals all around the house. The hot tub on the deck was a fun addition to relax after a fun day in Pigeon Forge. The free tickets for each day that we stayed made our time there so easy to plan and allowed us to see all Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg had to offer! Sep 7, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy The rooms was not ready when we got there they text us all month about the room and when we got there it was not ready. And the hot tub had a odor the porch was covered in spider web and not clean off either, and after all that they wouldn't even give us any kind of discount.
