Breakfast wasn’t my favorite but was still very good. The property was a great location to downtown gatlinburg, was very clean and quiet and we would definitely stay there again!

I liked the location. I was able to cross the street and ride the trolley around town for free. It was awesome for me because I do all the driving. The area was beautiful. I will try to stay at this location on my next visit. I will definitely refer this location to others who plan to visit Gatlinburg. Thanks again.

Great hotel. Great location. We were able to walk down the hill to shops and restaurants. Friendly Staff. Great Breakfast: Fresh oatmeal and scrambled eggs/bacon/sausage was fresh Room was very nicely appointed. Improvements: Sofa was rather uncomfortable, and the shower handle needed service.

The location is great, around 10 minutes walk to the downtown. Breakfast is well served. It is quiet. However, room service is not great, as it will make the bed for every three days. We don't see our bed made at all. I understand it might be the legacy from pandemic, but all the other hotels we stayed during the trip made the bed everyday. I hope the hotel management can improve it.

It was such a nice stay! We were close to all the things we needed and with our daughter performing we asked for a later check out and they honored it! Overall, we are very pleased with our stay, the service, and the cleanliness of the facility.

Amazing location off the main drag but still walkable to the downtown fun. Only reason it isn’t a 5 star is the cleanliness of the couch, chair and bathroom.

Hotel was really clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon/sausages, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, cereal, flavored yogurt, chocolate milk etc. Really liked the location. It was easy to just walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Many hotels are doing away with stand alone containers of body wash, shampoo and conditioner and replacing them with ones that are attached to the shower. I like that it is more sustainable. But when we checked in, we saw that they were never refilled. So they were close to empty. I wish that they take care of this when preparing a room for a new guest. At breakfast, the hotel provides a spoon/fork/knife bound together in a plastic pouch. Would have loved to see individual pieces to reduce waste. Or better still follow what many other hotels do and provide steel cutlery that can be washed and reused instead of going to the landfill.

I had a great time at this hotel. Most staff were very nice, but one guy seemed a bit unwelcoming and could work a little bit more on hospitality ( always room for improvement) ! I would recommend this stay to anyone, it’s a 15 minute walk to downtown. Be ready to sweat on the way back up because it’s a good climb getting back to the hotel from downtown. Free breakfast, fairly clean and very modern feel!

Great stay - no complaints. When we checked-in, the staff we super nice. The breakfasts look simple but actually - there is a lot of variety. The staff at the breakfast table were nice as well and attentive. Overall GREAT stay for the price point.
