Only complaint, if any, is it needs a couple towel bars in the bathrooms and closet space to hang clothes. There are hangers on doors but I prefer to put clothes away in the closet so they're not just hanging everywhere but that is strictly a preference. The staff is super helpful and this condo is just behind the main Gatlinburg Parkway. It is truly within walking distance. Some places I've stayed advertise that but aren't really that close to the Parkway. You have to take a trolley but this condo is absolutely within walking distance. Far enough from the main parkway that you don't hear much noise but close enough to walk. Very nice place and plan to stay here again when in Gatlinburg. ##### Kristi P. The location wasn’t bad—about a half-mile walk to the strip, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to be out and about a lot.There were a couple of things that could be improved. The note left for guests regarding items being taken felt a bit off-putting. While we understand the intent behind it, it wasn’t the most welcoming first impression and came across as a bit tacky.We also noticed that the blankets had a faint “closet” smell, and we ran out of hot water a couple of times. With six people and two bathrooms, that’s somewhat understandable, but still worth noting.That said, if you’re looking for a calm and quiet spot that’s not too far from the action, this place could work well. ##### Theanna A.
