Had several wall plugs that did not work . Had to call when door push pad stopped working . Maintenance was promptly out andDoor code worked once then stopped working again used key from lock box remainder of trip . Sliding glass doors need locks repaired not big deal since was 3 rd floor . Overall great stay .

I loved everything about it. It was like being home just as described room was awesome. Two rooms, two baths living room two balconies. A full kitchen TV in every room one negative Internet very slow sometimes no Internet connections at all. Other than that I will definitely come back even with that big old hill leading up to the resort, but I did find a shortcut up and down the place. This is coming from a family 5 three adults to 19 year olds Almost forgot the pool a plus awesome can’t wait to come back Saw a bear on our first day and on a fourth day in the parking lot beautiful

Have stayed at several condos in Summit Manor and this one is very much like the others. It could use a little touch up painting when the schedule allows, it's beginning to show age and use. Nothing bad now, would just make it look better. One thing I noticed this year is that the condo grounds and parking area were much cleaner. Last year there was trash all over the parking lot area. These condos are nice and need to be maintained to keep that.

Great location from main street, but more directions needed to access elevator to street level or you are hiking back up. Also, walkway to elevator was where we encountered a bear at night-quite scary! Wasnt made aware of this possibility. Also, unusual style of water divertor for use of shower-one has to pull down & hold end of tub spout to divert water to shower head. Took our guests many tries to figure this out-had to take tub bath. Kitchen can also use more utensils such as tupperware, plastic bags, pots & pans. Otherwise, condo was comfortable with views. Parking was great.

Cleaning, pay more attention to surface areas. Check electrical outlets. Some of them don't work at all and some only work halfway. Check things like hairdryers to make sure they work. We didn't bring hairdryers and went to use the ones provided and they didn't work.Pillows dirty on master bed, used towel on nightstand, dishes dirty in oven, nightstands and dressers dirty on the top in bedrooms.Everything was provided. Just needed your own food and such. Guests services helped out with some of my problem and welling to fix as they came along, but we wasn't able to get them fixed during our stay. Hopefully the next guest can use everything.

We where there for an event at the convention center and loved that we could leave the car and go everywhere downtown we needed for the time we where there. There is a great elevator that will take you down to street level and brings you out right across from some good restaurant choices. The elevator is beside the pool over a walkway. Very helpful. When I go back to Gatlinburg this is where I will stay.

I don’t usually give reviews especially negative reviews but stay away from this place! This is the third condo we have stayed at in summit manor. The other two were great! This one was not! This particular condo is very run down. The “clean” towels were dirty and we only had one roll of toilet paper in the master bath. Also, no blankets in the entire condo. Vacasa did address my concerns on the second day which I appreciated but I still would never stay here again! I didn’t feel clean the whole stay unfortunately. Location is excellent. That’s the only positive.

Having stayed at this complex before we knew what to expect and we weren't disappointed. Nice, well equipped condo in a great location. All the amenities you could ask for. Rate was very reasonable. Couldn't say the same for all the excessive admin fees. (Especially the "damage waiver" fees which were mandatory but not refundable even if there was no damage.) Still tough to complain about a week in Gatlinburg.

Plenty of lounging around area inside and in the decks. Very short walk to the main strip. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for long weekend. The furniture is a little dated, but worked very well. Just aesthetics. Tried the whirlpool tub and didn’t want to get out. It was very relaxing. We will look to stay here again if we are traveling as two couples.
