"Daya" is a beautiful decorated 2-story chalet with 2 master suites and will sleep 4. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom chalet is nestled in a lovely natural wooded setting with a partial mountain view along with a view of the Tramway to Ober Gatlinburg passing directly in front of the spacious decks. Located in the gorgeous Gatlinburg  
area the road going to the chalet is paved and curvy all the way to the chalet with a level driveway that will accommodate up to 2 vehicles comfortably.  
  
There are no steps to enter the chalet, but when you step inside you are going to be amazed by all the comforts of home away from home. From the wood flooring, cathedral ceilings, and an open floor plan you will never want to leave.  
  
On the main level, you will have an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and dining area. In the living room relax and unwind on the comfy sectional while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or curl up on those cold winter nights in front of the gas fireplace while enjoying a cup of hot cocoa. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with the dining table seating 4 people. You can also access the spacious deck from the living room where you can unwind and relax with a cup of coffee while watching the Tram go by. One of the master suites is located on this level with its own private bathroom. You will find a lovely King size bed, a flat-screen TV, an in-room Jacuzzi tub and in the bathroom, you will have a walk-in shower only. You can access the spacious main level deck from this bedroom for those of you who like to enjoy a nightcap before heading to bed.  
  
As you travel downstairs, you will find the game room and the other master suite. If you enjoy a friendly game of pool, there is a regulation size pool table, a dartboard, board games, and books for your enjoyment. Just off the game room is the 2nd master suite with a beautiful King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, in-room Jacuzzi tub and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. You can access the lower level deck from either the game room or bedroom and this is where you will find the hot tub. After a long day in Gatlinburg or Dollywood enjoy the bubbling hot tub to soak away all your cares or just enjoy sitting on the deck listening to the natural sounds of nature the smokies has to offer while watching the tramway to the amusement park and ski area, pass directly in front of the deck.  
  
On those days you just want to relax and let the kids play in the water this chalet has access to a seasonal community pool, tennis courts, and a recreation center. As a guest, you'll also enjoy access to the Chalet Village clubhouse amenities—making it even harder to leave the mountain. Take a dip in the clubhouse pool or enjoy a variety of seasonal activities. Pools and game areas are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day, while pickleball and tennis courts are open year-round, weather permitting.

#### Nice Property and stay MINUS the faulty Hot tub

I loved everything about the property, except the hot tub didn't work the whole stay and the vacation rental property management company sent a worker to look at it for 3 mins, and said call him if it heats up. It never heated up and that was the last time i saw him. It was really disappointing due to it being winter and perfect time for use. Wonderful cabin to rent if you are not wanting to use the hot tub or indoor jacuzzi due to hot water not being sufficient to fill the tub.

#### Snowy mountain bliss!

This listing was perfect for a couples trip to Gatlinburg. The cabin is so nice and has so many amenities! Loved the hot tub and the game/book selection. The private jacuzzis in each room was such a luxury! Close to town and a nice windy drive. So clean and homey! We will be back.

My biggest complaint is that the hot tub was broken. The property managers knew it was broken and still rented to me. I only booked this location because of the hot tub and pool table. My family’s plans were changed because the amenities were not available. I would NOT have booked this unit if I had known it was broken. We were only notified that it was broken when we were on our way from out of state. I was only offered “$25 vouchers” to use for another stay. No one checked or came by to try and fix the hot tub, which shows me that it wasn’t a priority and was not even being worked on. The shower curtain was dirty/moldy. Toilet paper roll was stained like it had been wet and then dried out again. Thank goodness I brought my own. Glad we brought towels and washcloths too. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. The textured ceiling appeared to have been patched several times. Would not book this property again, or recommend it to others.

#### Nice Cabin but could be better

When we first got into the cabin, the kitchen floor was sticky. The bathtub in both rooms were nice but did notice that the jets were not cleaned out. There was a lot of stuff that came out, Dirt & Hair. The top floor bedroom didn’t have a comforter set on it, rather a very thin white blanket on it. The views were great and the hot tub was nice. I believe the cabin is over valued around the holidays spike prices.

#### Great weekend for mother’s 80th birthday

It was perfect for my 80 year old mother with bad knees. No steps in and she slept in the bedroom on the first floor. Plenty of space for us to be together and then go to our separate corners for privacy. The view was breathtaking. Saw a bear a few cabins down looking for someone who might have left the kids open to their trash. Wonderful weekend.

Overall it was a great stay! The property managers were very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. We loved the location and the property overall. We'll definitely stay there again!

This past weekend was amazing, our stay in Gatlinburg Tenn. Everything was just a described but it does need few updates! \*New and extra pillows they are so thin \*Wifi extremely slow \*Needs Keurig \*Needs more towels and for hot tub and better quality towels they was so thin and short \*Needs new bedding upstairs has a hole in it \*Needs more mountain and bear decor Wonderful cabin and location just needs little things! Loved watching the tram at night from hot tub.

#### Our summer vacation

The cabin we rented was very nice and spacious. It is well maintained and private. It was very close to the main strip in Gatlinburg.We saw bears just about every morning on are way down to the strip. Check-in was very easy. I would recommend this cabin to any one who wants a great experience without the hassle.Especially couples with one bedroom on top floor and second one down stairs. The game room is well stocked with a pool table,games,dartboard and even poker chips. My family had a wonderful time. Thanks Bear Creek.
