I contacted the property manager to get info on entering the room, and Aiden responded promptly with the information I needed. The room is on the first floor next to the stairs and elevator for easy access. The room was clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of towels for two people and extra pillows and blankets if needed. The couch is a pullout sofa that we didn't need but is nice to see for future stays. The mattress in the bedroom was pretty hard compared to sleeping on foam mattresses like Purple, Casper, or Tempur Pedic. My back was sore after two nights. The location is fantastic, being steps from the main strip. We didn't need to move the car once for our three-day stay as everything was within walking distance. We didn't use any of the kitchen items as we ate out, but is stocked if you want to cook. Overall, the stay was pleasant and well worth the price compared to the cost of the hotels on the strip, and we would love to come back again. ##### Cody F. Easy walk to the parkway. There was a miscommunication with the clean up team on the check in time and we had to wait for it to be cleaned but the owner accommodated us. The location is great, just off the strip. You can take a short walk up a street and you are right downtown Gatlinburg. The complex could use some updates and the parking lot is tight. There was always a spot to park which was nice. There were signs saying you need a parking pass, which we did not have but we never got towed. (Instructions from owner would help for future guest). The condo is up one set of stairs that are on the opposite side of the building. There is an elevator right outside the condo that could also be used. The condo itself has been updated and was cozy. Two people can easily stay here. If there were four people, you would have to use the couch bed and it would take up most of the living room. It was also decorated for Christmas along with a small tree. I would stay again, communication was good from owner, it just was a little longer than I would have wanted. We did not get the code to the place until the day of booking, which is fine if we would have known that at the time of booking. Nice view of the ski lifts right out the front door. Just a word to the wise, the sports bar across the street is not really a sports bar. Also, the owner is very politically opinionated. (It made for an interesting night cap) ##### Jeff K. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. Even the sofa bed was comfy! All linens needed were provided. Everything was updated which made for a nice stay. Very convenient because it is within walking distance to the main strip...one block over. I made contact with the owner and she immediately answered my message.
