Located just a short drive to the Smoky Mountain National Park, Ober Skiing and downtown Gatlinburg. ☆ BEAUTIFUL Mountain & City Views of Gatlinburg! ☆ Hot Tub ☆ Game Room w/ Pool Table, Arcades, Foosball, Darts, Board Games & Smart TV! ☆ 3 bed/3 bath plus full sized pull out futon couch ☆ Smart TVs in all bedrooms ☆ Charcoal Grill ☆ Fast Wifi Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck surrounded by tree tops and the lovely smoky mountains! Watch the Aerial tram go by and at night see all the twinkling city lights, including the skybridge when it is lit up! Unwind by taking a dip in our private hot tub or enjoy a night of games in our Game Room. Bedroom 1: Main level, King bed Bedroom 2: Main level, Queen bed Bedroom 3: Downstairs, Queen bed Bathroom 1: Main level - full Bathroom 2: Attached to master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub only (no shower) Bathroom 3: Downstairs with small shower only (great for the kids!) We also have a full size pull out futon located downstairs (it is in an open area next to a bedroom, not in it's own room). We do not offer refunds for any last minute cancellations! We HIGHLY recommend you purchase TRIP INSURANCE. We provide a small “starter pack” of toiletries and paper products. Located in beautiful Chalet Village, guests have seasonal access to 3 outdoor pools and club houses (pools are open from Memorial weekend to Labor Day Weekend). South Baden Clubhouse also has a gym and tennis courts! Our cabin is in a well established neighborhood with paved roads. We have had no problem getting up to our cabin without 4 wheel drive, even in the winter with the occasional snow. However, these are mountain roads and they are narrow, winding and steep in places, so plan accordingly for your comfort level! This cabin is in the woods, expect to see and hear critters! We do have regular pest control, but they can still sometimes get into the cabin. If you are lucky, you may see bear families that often walk up our road! Sorry, unfortunately NO PETS. If you bring in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional fee and asked to leave! NO PARTIES - This is a quiet family rental area. No guests except those on the reservation and no more than the max guests allowed. Overall it had what we needed, kids loved the game room. Close to the park and Gatlinburg but the drive up the mountain is legit! Didn't take long but it was a pain on the switchbacks so we didn't go back and forth very often. The house could use some updates/deep cleaning. The blankets were all thin and very old, baseboards were very dirty, window sills were dirty and full of bugs when we opened a few windows (several basement windows couldn't be opened). The hosts were very clear on directions on how to get there and how to get into the property. She went out of her way to help us find someone to help unpack our vehicles, and get settled on our first day at their lovely cabin. Everything was clean inside, and the fireplace was on when we got there which was awesome since it started snowing as we unpacked! The cabin is super close to everything in the area, and its a quiet location. We saw lots of wildlife from bears to birds, so if you love wildlife and peace this cabin is for you! Thanks again to Mogen for making this Christmas a realaxing and fun experience for me and my family! Take care, and cant wait to visit again soon! ##### Tina Star E. This home was minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. It was very family friendly with games and activities provided while we were there. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths for all of us. Communication was perfect. Remote, quiet, and peaceful but still close enough to all of the activities and sights. Owners were communicative, supportive, and even gracious enough to allow us to return after checkout when our children left an item behind. True to its name, we were even blessed to see multiple bears during our stay. Solo bear meandering through the bushes munching berries under the porch, and a momma followed by her 3 cubs went passing by another morning while we were preparing to depart for adventures. We’ll definitely look at staying here again on our next adventure into the Smokies. ##### Robert Y. It is less than10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and 10-20 minutes from a good variety of trails in the Smoky Mountains. We had an amazing view of the mountains in the distance and the town below us. It was a VERY steep, winding road up to the cabin which was a bit intimidating at first, but we grew accustomed to it after a few drives. The owners were great with communication and addressing any issues and the cabin was true to pictures and the description. The only suggestion for improvement is for the cleaning service to complete a deep clean and mopping of the floors after each stay. ##### Maria C. Two days in Nashville then a beautiful drive to the Smokey Mountains. We had to have a bigger car due to wheel chair so the drive up the Mountain was a little nerve racking but my friend did a really good job at it. The house was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a jacuzzi. Walking out to the balcony and just sitting in the patio chairs and taking it all in was great. You could have a cocktail or in the morning it was nice to have coffee. Checking in and out was easy. Thank you so much and it was easy to get a hold of the host. ##### Lorrie S.
