The highlight is the private balcony with a serene waterfront view of the rushing Roaring Fork Creek — perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Inside, you'll find a cozy gas fireplace (operational October 1 – April 1), a dedicated desk for remote work, a built-in bar for entertaining, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and newly updated appliances. Whether you're here for mountain adventures or downtown fun, this condo delivers comfort, style, and unbeatable convenience. We definitely plan to visit in the warmer months and stay in the exact condo! It was very nice, quiet, clean and super comfortable beds.
