The spacious king bedroom features an en suite bathroom for added privacy, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a living room sleeper sofa for added convenience. The highlight is the private balcony with a serene waterfront view of the rushing Roaring Fork Creek — perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Inside, you'll find a cozy gas fireplace (operational October 1 – April 1), a dedicated desk for remote work, a built-in bar for entertaining, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and newly updated appliances. Whether you're here for mountain adventures or downtown fun, this condo delivers comfort, style, and unbeatable convenience. Parking is available for two vehicles only. \*You must be 25 years of age\* Sleeping Arrangements: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Sleeper Sofa Please note: The cottage is supplied with linens and bath towels.
