Decor inside the unit is beautiful. Only the unit needs clean cushions, comforter; bed makes noise, one of the kitchen burner not working. We also found that it was quiet and yet just a short walk away from the main strip in Gatlinburg. Justin was extremely responsive to any questions. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom and the comfortable bed. When we arrived we weren’t sure if we needed to stop in the office - so we did- but didn’t need to. We should have just driven to the back parking lot and taken the elevator to the 2nd floor. Luggage totes were available there. We had everything we needed in the unit and appreciated the attention that had been paid to the decor. We would definitely be open to staying there again. ##### Pat S.
