The camper is one bedroom with a queen bed and a RV size sofa sleeper so it’s perfect for a couple, anniversaries, honeymoons, or a small family. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: 25+ years of age (strictly enforced) Provide the names and ages of all folks staying at the camper. SMOKING POLICY: Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed. If you smoke or vape inside the camper you will be told to leave immediately with no refund and charged a $500 fee to have the camper professionally cleaned to remove the smoke smell. NO PETS POLICY: Absolutely no pets allowed. If a pet is discovered you will be told to leave immediately with no refund. 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. ABSOLUTELY NO MONETARY REFUND FOR ANY REASON! This includes adverse weather conditions, acts of God, mechanical failures at the cabin or the resort, any health/personal reasons, any events outside of our control such as disease or government actions, no shows or shortened stays. Bed was very comfortable. Towels etc provided - definitely bring extras if more than 2 are staying. Wonderful resort with friendly full and part time residents! Our kids loved it and our son was the most comfortable he has ever been staying away from home. Everything was supplied from wood for the outside fire pit and charcoal for the grill, to soaps and all other needed supplies inside. When the weather got cold, the owner contacted us right away to warn us and tell us how to handle that situation to be sure the water wouldn’t freeze.
