Awesome View sits high atop famous Ski Mountain in Gatlinburg. Come escape to our mountain getaway and experience the most breathtaking view in Gatlinburg! Our chalet is the perfect Gatlinburg retreat because not only is it beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing but it\`s also conveniently located just 6 mins from downtown Gatlinburg and 5 mins from Ober Amusement Park. Also, our chalet is an exclusive member of the Chalet Village HOA, which gives you access to 3 pools and many more amenities. Awesome View is a chalet/cabin with three floors that is fully stocked with everything you would need in order to make it your home away from home. The main level of this cabin has a living room area with a leather sleeper sofa and 48-inch wide screen cable TV with a DVD player. Adjacent the living room is the first master suite, which has a luxurious king size log bed and an adjoining full bath with tub/shower and pedestal sink. The second master suite also offers a plush king size log bed and a second full bath is connected to the bedroom with additional access from the kitchen/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table for six. The kitchen, living room, and master suite all open up to a large deck with a spectacular view of the famous Mt. LeConte. You can eat or relax on the comfortable patio furniture while taking in the amazing view and watching the Ober Gatlinburg Tram slowly gliding by. The upstairs area offers an eight-foot pool table, a game table with checkers and chess, a relaxing indoor tub with jets, a half bath, a LED TV with a DVD player, and a wet bar with a small sink. The lowest level (accessible from the exterior of the house) has a full size washer and dryer along with a full regulation size ping pong table complete with a ball dispensing machine and four paddles. Outside, is another beautiful full-length deck with a seven-person hot tub, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Adjacent to the deck is a park-style charcoal grill (Charcoal, lighter, and lighter fluid not provided) for your use. \*\* If snow or ice conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. Our driveway is a bit steep, and we provide ice melt and snow shovel for your convenience, if needed. Guests will access the cabin using a keyless entry. A unique door code will be provided for your stay two days before the check-in date. The cabin\`s parking area can fit two cars comfortably and maybe a third car if needed. This agreement is between the renter (also referred to as Guest, Guest(s), Guests, you, your) and Daniel and Christie Jacinto (also referred to as Owner, Owners, us, we), regarding the vacation rental known as \`Awesome View\` (also referred to as property, chalet, cabin, premises) located in Sevier County, Tennessee. The rental period shall begin at 4:00 PM on the booked check in day, and end at 11:00 AM on the designated check out date. This property is advertised on multiple online listing and booking platforms, each of which outlines different policies, terms and conditions. For consistency, the policies, terms and conditions listed in this agreement shall prevail and supersede any and all other policies, terms and conditions described on the listing and/or booking site that you may have originally used to inquire and/or book this property, unless specifically stated otherwise. Guest’s booking of this rental and/or payment of money or taking possession of the property after receipt of this agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property solely for a short-term vacation rental. PROPERTY: The property consists of a chalet located at 2015 Luzerne Drive, Gatlinburg, TN 37738\. It is privately owned, including linens and furnishings. If Guest is already checked in, your stay will be terminated, and you will be required to vacate the property immediately. No refund of any kind will be given under such circumstances. OWNER ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Owner, their representatives, or vendors may need to enter the property to conduct regularly scheduled services such as trash removal, pest control, landscaping, hot tub maintenance, or HVAC maintenance. Cabin was cozy, but definitely needs some updates. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy with great response rate, nice to talk to and also simple guidelines. The Jacuzzi was definitely not usable, the chemicals were out of balance and smelled really bad. We had fun playing pool upstairs, but not a lot of room to play as the walls are in the way. It seems that an extra bed would have been better suited for the space. Also, all the exterior door seals need to be replaced. Probably the most important thing is the pet friendly policy, which is nice to bring your dog, but just expect the smell to be different. Overall enjoyable stay, close to the city and fun experience on top of the mountain. ##### Steve L. Had many bear visitors (5 in one day!) Had one trying to open 3 of the car doors but was unsuccessful. Definitely need to keep car doors locked! My 4 year old grandson was very excited about the bears as were the adults. First cabin we have stayed at that had bear visits.we didnt have any problems with the driveway but was not our first time driving up or staying on Sky Mountain Road. We found the property to be just like described in the post. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. I also appreciated the basic stock of necessities that are mentioned in the post. They met the needs for my family of 4 for the 6 days we were there. The views from the cabin deck really are amazing. And we saw bears near the cabin every day during our stay, which we really enjoyed. Also, I really liked where the cabin was situated in relation to the town and national park. Most activities you would want to do are close and within a 15 to 30 minute drive. Several reviews mentioned the drive up the mountain to the cabin. Based on our experience, it is not a difficult drive. However, if someone isn't comfortable driving in the mountains, I would recommend arriving during the daytime for the first drive up to the cabin. After seeing the area and roads, it is much easier to navigate, including in the dark. The cabin has a pool table and ping pong table, which my kids really enjoyed. And, the neighborhood has several pools you can use, which was a nice option. We found the staff at the pools to be so friendly and accomodating.We had a few questions during our stay, and the host was very responsive and helpful. I appreciated that the owner was so involved and available, if needed.We had a great time and would stay here again. ##### Emily E. We took our 3 year old and we all had such a fun time. The cabin is off the main road and hustle and bustle, so we were able to completely relax, but it's also close enough to town that we were able to quickly access all the activities and food. The cabin is well maintained, the view is breathtaking, and the hosts were super nice and responsive before and during our trip. ##### John C.
