Guest Access: Entire Cabin The Neighborhood: This cabin is located just 3.6 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN. With paved access and peaceful surroundings, it’s the perfect base for exploring town or heading into the park. Getting Around: Paved roads lead all the way to the cabin, and private parking is available on site. We recommend 4x4 drive for all Smoky Mountain travel. While access is generally easy, a 4WD vehicle is especially helpful in rainy or snowy conditions. Other Things to Note: • Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this cabin. • Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. • A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain driving. Roads are paved and usually accessible, but weather can change quickly in the Smokies. • Gas fireplaces are seasonal and typically operate from October through March, weather permitting. • A Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker are available—please bring your own coffee. • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
