Located in the popular White Oak Lodge & Resort, it’s a short drive from Gatlinburg and easy to find (no scary mountain roads to drive!). With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious loft space with games and twin beds, private hot tub, and wonderful resort amenities, this is the ideal mountain getaway for the family. On Day 2 of our stay the lock in the door said the battery was critically low, I contacted the host and was told that they would try to be there the next day. Fast forward to the next day, the battery was so low that we were locked out of the cabin. Contacted the host again and was told it would be about an hour before they could get there. Thankfully there was a local who saw us on the porch with our 3 kids and came to help. Cabin was clean with all amenities including a washer/dryer that we did not think was in our cabin, but it was! Plenty of room for the 4 of us. WIFI was good, but TV's could be a little cumbersome if you are not familiar with RUKU, or YouTube TV, however cable was in the main TV area.
