Nice carpet. The place was a bit run-down. Clean enough but poorly stocked. Had to go out to buy even the most basic items. (i.e. coffee pot but no filters; no kitchen sponge etc...) Wall paper beginning to peel. Closet doors were off the track and hard to open. Plastic cover on the mattress (seriously?). ROKU TV is a pain. Ridiculous mistakes made by staff - housekeeping unlocking our doors remotely several times making us feel unsafe, maintenance showed up to replace a ceiling fan light in the living room (we had no ceiling fan in the living room). Customer comforts lacking. Did not feel like we got our monies worth. Beautiful location tucked away in mountain roads with lovely wooded views. The layout is even better than pictured, and loft works well for families. One of the most well-furnished kitchens I've seen in a rental. All furnishings clean and in great condition. Friendly office with easy check in and out rules; no direct contact was needed and late arrival was easily accommodated. An added benefit: property includes access to THREE club pools, plus tennis courts, with stunning mountain locations, that our children really enjoyed. One pool is a three minute walk from the front doorstep.
