Mountain VIEWS, HUGE DECKS, Awesome Game Room And Fire Pit!! The Rustic Fox is a luxurious 4 bedroom, 3100 sq. ft. cabin designed for relaxation, fun and romance. It is located in the sought after Chalet village neighborhood which is very close (minutes) to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. You will find this is a well appointed and spacious home perfect for your mountain getaway! We have a large flat driveway with ample parking with no steep driveways to navigate. Our cabin has 4 bedrooms--3 master bedrooms with en-suites and a large loft bedroom that all the kids and adults are sure to enjoy! There is no shortage of hang out spots and places to relax. As you enter the cabin on the main floor, you will be greeted with large, grand windows that showcase the stunning mountain views, vaulted ceilings, and an amazing floor to ceiling stone fireplace. A large dining area and massive kitchen with great views of the mountains is there for all to enjoy. The chef of the family will enjoy top of the line appliances, granite counter tops, and a fully stocked kitchen to make a gourmet meal. For those who love to grill, a charcoal grill is available. Another full bathroom (with tub/shower)is available in addition on the main level. A spacious and beautiful master bedroom with en-suite that has access to the huge deck completes the main floor. The lower level is just as wonderful as the main level. A huge game room with a pool table, shuffle board, multicade/video game machine with over 60 games on it, large flat screen TV, pub table, and multiple board games will surely keep everyone entertained and make a lifetime of memories! Air hockey and another multicade video game in the bunk room! Did I mention the VIEWS! Beautiful!! There are 2 more MASSIVE, beautiful master bedrooms with en-suites, both with access to the massive decks on the lower level. There is access to the decks from EVERYWHERE in this cabin to allow you to enjoy the beauty that is the Smoky Mountains. Another half bath completes the lower level. Lets not forget the loft bedroom with awe inspiring views that all the kids and adults are sure to enjoy! Flat screen TV, air hockey, and another video game console are located there for everyones continued enjoyment! DECKS/DECKS/VIEWS/VIEWS !! Large, expansive, and covered! Relax and enjoy the hot tub after a long day of hiking and gaze at the twinkling stars and cabin lights that dot the valley below. We provide limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, hair dryers, and 2 box fans. 2) What does the kitchen include? The kitchen is fully stocked with typical supplies. This includes blender, toaster, crock pot, waffle maker, keurig and regular coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, and wine glasses. 3) What baby items are supplied? High chair (If needed, please inform us). 4) Grill? Charcoal BBQ per Gatlinburg regulations. We do not provide charcoal. 5) Are animals/pets allowed? Under no circumstances do we allow animals/pets. The home is animal/pet free. The homeowners and their children have severe allergies and animals will pose severe health risks. 6) Are hot tubs cleaned? We drain, clean, and refill the hot tub after every stay. 7) Is there an outdoor pool and community club house? Yes!! We have 3 community pools and clubhouses. Pools are open from Memorial Day weekend in May through Labor Day weekend in September. 8) Is price negotiable? No. Prices are as stated and no fees are reduced or eliminated. 9) When is second payment due? 30 days prior to your stay. 10) What time is check in and check out? Check in after 4pm and check out by 10 am. 11) How do cancellations work? Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are fully refundable. Cancellations due to weather or natural disasters are non-refundable. 12) How are roads to cabin? The roads are paved and well maintained. If snow or ice is present, 4 wheel drive or snow chains are recommended. That is a rule of thumb for all mountain roads. 13) Are there any days that check in or check out is not permitted? Thanksgiving and Christmas. 14) Do you provide travel insurance? If cancellation is a concern, or shortened length of booking, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstance is a concern, we highly recommend the purchase of cancellation protection from CSA. This does not go through us. We cannot operate outside our cancellation policy for any reason. 15) When will I get cabin address and cabin access information? The address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made. 16) Propane— We provide one full tank for the fire pit and/or fire table. If more propane is needed, you may exchange the tank at multiple locations throughout Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We are a family that loves and enjoys the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. We have vacationed here numerous times and then decided to buy a home of our own here. The home is spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly spacious, with three huge master suites and a loft the kids loved. The main level is stunning—massive windows, mountain views, a cozy fireplace, and a fully stocked, high-end kitchen.It’s also clear the owners take a lot of pride in this cabin. The communication was excellent, everything was clearly explained, and the home was stocked, maintained, and cleaned at a very high standard. The attention to detail really sets this place apart. Bottom line: The Rustic Fox is everything you want in a Smoky Mountain cabin — luxurious, comfortable, family-friendly, and packed with amenities. We made incredible memories here and will absolutely book again. If you're looking for the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the best of Gatlinburg, this is it. The house is very comfortable yet styled and well appointed. It was decorated for Christmas, a very nice touch for two friends who had just been to Christmas at Dollywood. Kitchen was very well stocked for a rental. Host was communicative and accomodating. Easy check in and check out.This house is up in the mountains, surrounded by trees and nature. We did not see any bears. We heard owls and other wildlife while on deck at night. I could have sat outside for hours on the deck with the fire tables. The drive up to the house is full of curves and inclines. The drive up was absolutely not an issue although my friend and I are comfortable driving through mountains, hills, lake areas. My teenage kids enjoyed the pool table and shuffleboard, and I really enjoyed the hot tub. I had heard nightmares about how high up people had to drive to get to many cabins so I was a little worried, but the drive up to the cabin was completely fine, and we still had a beautiful view. We especially enjoyed the deck and the fire tables. I would definitely recommend this cabin. ##### Tammy W. Fire pits on deck were a nice touch & used every night. Host (David) very quick to respond for any issues (less than 20 min). Beds were comfortable with plenty of large pillows, plenty of seating throughout, driveway is a breeze for truck parking (we had 2). The cabin was so nice and we all had room to relax. The game room down stairs became a favorite spot with the pool table. The five year old had a great time playing all the adults on the foosball table, air hockey as well as the pac man tabletop. Great kitchen with plenty of room, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day, then spent the afternoon enjoying Gatlinburg. Neighborhood was so quiet and the views were amazing. ##### Pam F. Walls are very sound proof, which is great for kids who want to stay up late playing games and parents who want to sleep. The mattresses and sheets were so comfortable. I did not even miss my own bed, which never happens.Love that the kitchen was well stocked. During our stay, I messaged the owners to make them aware of a couple little things (broken trash can lid in kitchen and pool cues) for the next guests, but they had the items delivered to us immediately. On arrival we were amazed at the view and the cleanliness of the cabin. It had plenty of room for all of us and was extremely comfortable. Also, the amenities and entertainment was a lot of fun. The location as well is unbearable, only 15 minute Uber from downtown Gatlinburg. Overall I would definitely stay here again! ##### Michael E. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms had nice bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking equipment and utensils needed to make any meal. The back decks are roomy with plenty of furniture on each deck. The views are beautiful and the pool is close by with an easy couple minute walk. Our group of 8 adults and 2 children enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. ##### Mike H. A beautiful and perfectly located home, with a daily visit from a black bear on its evening stroll. The two minute walk to the pool was an unexpected convenience. It was even very close to the pool and pickle ball court. After a day of hiking the hot tub helped with the aches. The property managers were also very responsive when we had questions. It truly had something for everyone including bear sightings! The house was in immaculate condition, the beds were comfortable, the location was central, the scenery was incredible and communication was fantastic.
