The kids stay on the lower level and parents in the upper level . We have been there twice now and both times we great . We found our yearly gatlinurg rental. This cabin was the cleanest and most beautiful cabin that we have ever stayed in. It was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway with family. Our 7-year-old son enjoyed the arcade game and hot tub after spending the day at Dollywood. As we were loading up to leave, we had a juvenile bear come visit us. This property is beyond phenomenal. The location in Chalet Village is just great, Alan was a fantastic host and reached out to let us know about watching the Dollywood fireworks display right from our balconies. Alan was beyond gracious, even helping me figure out some car trouble and gave me recommendations on where to take it to be fixed. The house was just gorgeous and SOOOO clean. The cabin has a great layout for families and we loved the multiple levels! Overall the cabin was very clean and comfortable. You were in the trees from every window but also had a great view of the mountains! That being said, for those who get easily carsick though, it is a very long and windy path to the cabin! The only negatives was the ice maker was dirty and confusing to operate! This could be improved! We also didn’t know most clubhouses and all pools would be closed at this time.
