Located near Cobbly Nob community, you'll be just a short drive from both the Greenbrier and Cosby entrances to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Downtown Gatlinburg is 25 minutes away. Pigeon Forge & Dollywood are 35 minutes away. • The main level: A spacious open floor plan with vaulted wooden ceilings & windows that make the view the center of attention. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen (complete with brand new stainless steel appliances), a dining room that seats 10 people, living room (with a retro arcade & lots of board games!), and a gorgeous floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The wrap around porch on this level is all about taking in the expansive National Park mountain views from the hot tub, the rocking chairs, or the comfy Adirondack chairs. The front patio has a carbon outdoor grill along with an outdoor picnic table. The hallway takes you to the master King bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom that houses a Jacuzzi tub. The second spacious bedroom on this level also features a King bed & walk-in closet. There is another bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub plus a full size laundry room. • The lower level: The game room is an entertainer's paradise complete with Air Hockey, Shuffleboard, Foosball, Ring toss & a 60" TV. This room also houses a set of rustic Twin bunk beds. The porch on this level has rocking chairs, a hammock, & an outdoor pool table so you can take in the spectacular views as you play! Down the hall is the spacious 3rd bedroom with 2 Queen beds, and a desk that lets you take in the view while you work! The bathroom ono this level has a large double vanity and a walk-in shower with TWO shower heads. Cabina Bella Vista is sure to become your go-to spot to stay in the Smokies! Guest access: The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin! The property offers safe and ample flat parking for three cars at a time. The fine print: • All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed) • No Frat parties • 10 Person Max • No Pets • You will likely see and hear critters • The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area. • We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart. • Check In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per hour. • No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance from a third party for coverage. • The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol and glassware are NOT allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Do not dive headfirst into the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! • If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave. • We provide a starter pack consisting of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, kitchen sponge, and K-cup pods. Shampoo and other toiletries, condiments, ground coffee, creamer, sugar, zip lock bags, and charcoal are NOT provided. • We are not responsible for items left behind. Please make sure you take all your items before you exit the property on check out day. • Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the bearproof trash containers next to the driveway. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups. • No SMOKING. Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. • Roads: "If you don't climb the mountain, you can't see the view". The windy, narrow, road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. Although snow here is rare, in the winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service is spotty in the mountains, we highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost. • There is a Ring security camera located in the front of the Cabin. • Bears are dangerous! Please practice bear safety (guidelines will be posted on the refrigerator). Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including on the grill nor in your car. The property was immaculate and the view of the mountains was spectacular. Only 3 of us (me, my husband , and our son) on this trip and there was plenty of room and privacy for us on the first floor alone (The lower floor had accommodations for another 6 if needed). There were only a few MINOR things that could use attention but very typical for a rental. For example, a spotlight bulb out in the kitchen, a missing laundry room door, shaky light kits in the bedroom. All VERY minor things that did not detract from our comfort. The hot tub was welcome after our full days of sightseeing. The host stayed in contact the perfect amount/frequency to ensure all was well. The description of the cabin is spot on with no surprises. When you read that the roads are narrow and steep, believe it! However, also know that "if you don't climb the mountain you can't see the view". Make the reservation!! ##### Annette B. Very comfortable beds, great common areas, and lots of things to do while we were at the cabin. We loved being able to eat breakfast each morning as one large group and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the food. Owners were very responsive and checked in with us multiple times during our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. A very quiet location. ##### Andrew J. The cabin was even better than the photos made ut out to be. We woke up early to see the sun rise and it was amazing, as was the sunset! You have the most beautiful views from the porch. It was the perfect place for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and amenities to keep everyone entertained. The cabin was cozy and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the cabin was also great, with easy access to Anakeesta and other attractions. We were able to take quick drives to explore the surrounding area and take advantage of all it had to offer. Overall, I highly recommend Cabina Bella Vista for a wonderful and memorable vacation. The combination of a cozy cabin, convenient location, and ample amenities made for an unforgettable experience. ##### Carlos E. Our group of 11, ranging from 2 thru 55 had plenty to keep us entertained with arcade games, air hockey, shuffleboard, foosball, ring toss, bean bags, board games and TVs in all rooms.. Quiet setting, close to Cosby and Greenbrier entrances to the park and only 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and Sugarlands visitor center. Cool ziplining place less than 5 minutes away. The wrap around porch allows you the opportunity to see it all. The bedrooms are spacious and the overall cabin is very homely (complete bonus it was decorated for Christmas when we visited in mid-November). We ran into some heating issues but the property owner was very quick to respond to VRBO messages and phone calls. Because it was not a quick fix with the overall unit, he ensured space heaters were delivered quickly. We were very appreciative of the quick communication & care. And above all, the location is very convenient to getting to East Parkway in Gatlinburg. Hoping to plan a family trip to this cabin each year! ##### Amber B. The views from the porch were beautiful just as described and seen in photos. We were a bit concerned with the charcoal grill as the trees over the grill were quite low and very dry… and area near grill should be better organized / maintained. The children enjoyed the game room and the variety of games offered. The kitchen was well equipped for the amount of cooking we did. However, it would have been nice to have some sort of basic cleaning supplies available at the house as well as a mop (I know people don’t like to clean when they’re on vacation but I like to take care of the property we rent and keep it as clean as I found it). Hand soaps in bathrooms would’ve been nice as well as people don’t think to bring these things with them. The bedrooms were tidy and clean and it was nice that there were extra blankets available as the nights were chilly and children were cold. Big plus was the pack’n’play and high chair!
