The area is super cool and the neighborhood is great. The views of the house are incredible! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook all meals at the house, spacious bedrooms, no one complained about comfort of the beds, air conditioning worked well. The host was super friendly and very attentive via text message which was great! They also send over a lot of information on the house and area in advance which helped us a lot with planning and things to do in the area and clear instructions on what to expect for check in and check out. My family, a group of 23 including little ones, stayed here, and we were very comfortable. The place was well stocked, I especially appreciated all the labels, which made it supper easy to find things. The hosts were very responsive and took care of any issues that came up in a timely matter. My family vacation together every spring break for many years, and this was the 1st time we didn't need to bring seasonings, dish soap, or laundry detergents. The only cons I have are minimal. We felt that the games could use some upgrading, and we would have loved to see a couple of twin bed options. We did not use the lower level apartment bedrooms because there was a musty basement smell and several of our family have asthma but there was plenty of room in the 7 bedrooms in the main cabin area for us. the view was amazing and we enjoyed the decks very much. The Cabin had incredible views and provided all the space we needed for our family with 17 of us gathering. We had an incredible time not only experiencing Gatlinburg and surrounding area but spending a lot of time enjoying the cabin. The game room and Movie Theater were used every night, and the hot tub overlooking the mountains was as well.
