It features all the amenities you could ask for, as well as high-end touches! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a game room, gas grills, and washer/dryer facilities (pay). Getting Around: We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too. Other Things to Note: • Must be 21 or older to book this condo • This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum • We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up, and without any inclement weather, any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area • Fireplace is wood-burning — bring your own firewood • Coffee maker is a regular drip — bring your own coffee • Condo complex offers outdoor pool (seasonal), indoor pool and hot tub (year-round), washer/dryer (pay), playground, game room (pay), and scenic seating — all located in the main clubhouse • Outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes at the end of August — dates subject to change by the HOA • Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round — dates and maintenance are managed by the HOA and may change without notice • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
