What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths. 2\. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. 3\. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a griddle, blender, toaster, waffle iron, slow cooker, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot. 4\. Do you provide any baby items? – Yes! We provide a high chair, and pack n’ play 5\. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! And it is propane. 6\. Do you provide firewood? – Yes! But we can’t guarantee that it’ll always be dry and seasoned. You must provide fire starter material (i.e., wax logs, kindling, lights/matches, etc.) 7\. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets. 8\. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. 9\. Is there a community club house and pool area? – Yes, in Chalet Village, we have 3 community pools and clubhouses. The pools are open from Memorial Day Weekend in May through Labor Day Weekend in September. 10\. Is the price flexible? - We do NOT offer discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees. However, stays of 7 nights or longer have an automatic discount built in of 10%. 11\. When is the second payment due? – 30 Days prior to your stay. 12\. When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made. 13\. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure. 14\. How do cancellations work? - Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. 15\. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from CSA (this does not go through us). 16\. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded. 17\. How is the drive up to the cabin? – It is a 15 minute drive up the mountain. The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that are "scary" for some people. 18\. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 19\. Is this cabin secluded? – Sky High heaven is perched at the top of a hill overlooking the mountains and Ober Gatlinburg. You can see other cabins from the decks & there are neighbors on both sides. 20\. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – No. 21\. Where can I book? - We only accept bookings and payments on Vrbo and our "Heaven's Cabins" website. 22\. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide the highest package that our cable provider has. This includes premium movie channels and sports channels, including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, TMC, Starz, Starz Encore, NFL Redzone, and all the sports Networks. 23\. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi. 24\. Do you ever reduce the stated prices – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see here. 25\. The cabin is in a great location on top of the mountain but still very close to downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin itself is amazing, very clean, and has a beautiful view of the mountains and Ober. There are plenty of games, so you never get bored. The drive to it- was a bit scarier than imagined, we didn’t realize we were so far up the mountain. But man it was so worth it! The views were phenomenal!! The cabin itself was such a cozy feel with everything you could need. The kitchen was so organized and clean. This was the cleanest and most organized place I’ve stayed. Everything was so efficient, cozy and accommodating. The top selling points for us: cleanliness, coziness, phenomenal view!We spied 7 bears while staying there! So fun to see. I would recommend this place to everyone! The game room came in handy on the evenings we stayed in. We loved all the bears we saw each day. The roads are windy and narrow so having a 4 wheel drive and not a wide vehicle is best. The dryer didn’t work during our stay which caused a bit of an issue but they did offer to come fix it immediately. We enjoyed being in the hot tub and seeing the rainbow over the mountains while resting from a long day. The ice maker doesn’t work or is turned off so buying your own is a necessity. You will need to buy foil to cook as well. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again if ever in the area again. ##### Angel L. The view was amazing and the kids kept themselves entertained with the wide assortment of games in the game room and arcade. For the most part, the kitchen had everything we needed. It would've been nice to have some coffee or kcups available for our first morning before we could make it to the grocery store. We did a couple loads of laundry and the dryer needed to be run 3-4 times as it seemed quite old. Lastly, even though we were very mindful of locking the doors to the cabin, the trash, and the rental car, when we were packing up to head out to the airport and loading the car, in between trips a bear opened our Jeep (doors were closed not locked since making multiple trips) and took out 2 of our bags from the car within minutes (1 bag had my wallet). I was also confronted with a bear when taking out the last bag of trash before heading to the airport. We were told by the cleaners that the bear likely took our bags to their den that is a short distance from the house. Before this happened, this was one of our favorite vacations and the cabin was great. However, we would have liked a clear warning about the bear den, that we could be approached by a bear when taking out garbage, and that it was possible for a bear to enter our car and take out bags very quickly if left unlocked for even a short amount of time. My kids were very scared and was a very unfortunate end to our otherwise amazing vacation. ##### Elisa T.
