The location is very nice as it is just up the hill from downtown Gatlinburg. It could be walkable with older children and adults in fairly good shape and able to walk. We did choose to drive down and never had an issue finding parking. The house itself is an accurate listing. The property was clean and ready for us at arrival. The deck and hot tub were a fantastic feature along with the gaming tables for our kids! We would absolutely choose to stay here again on another trip to the area. ##### Jennie W.
