The reviews from others said it was walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, but for us it was way too much walking. It was one of the reason I picked this condo. The walk to the village and stop light 6 was easy and quick. Great for our teens, they had their own space. Could see the fireworks from the balcony and some of the drone show. My family (2 grown children and son-in-law and grandson) were with us. Only concern was the steps with 1 yr old grandson but we knew there would be steps as nd decided we would just all have to watch. It really wasn't a problem. I love walking everywhere, but there were a few that walking isnt their thing. The condo is literally steps away from the trolley stop and the main drag! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. The location was amazing! It was just a short (beautiful) walk to get to Parkway where so many shops, restaurants, and other activities are located.
