« We liked everything about this property! 2 pools was a great idea. Family area with one pool and the other pool was good for people traveling without children. The family area with fire pit and grill was nice. Our room was big open and very inviting. The bathroom was beautiful with hot water as soon as we turned it on. The bathroom was modern and everything was clean. We will stay here here again. The only thing not very many chairs in room for rainy days. »

« Beautiful view, quiet location, close to town, close to hiking traiils .sketchy electrical (outlets didn’t work w/ out tripping. wifiWouldn’t connect, poor quality bedding. Needs a little love.. »

« The room was clean however if you are on the 2nd floor, be prepared for a light being on in your window all night. Even though there are curtains, you can still see the lights around them. The patio chairs need to be replaced as there are missing parts to the ones that were on our balcony. The hotel could definitely use a refresh. Our hotel phone and some of the outlets didn’t work, but we made do. If you’re just looking for a clean bed to lay your head on, then this is the perfect place. »

« This is a great place to stay and very close to the Gatlinburg Parkway (the main street) and the entrance to Anakeesta ~ 7 mins walk. The property seemed very new and clean. The lounge area is quite large and has an awesome view outside of the the city, forests and mountains beyond. The room was modern, clean and had a great view. Bathroom was clean and modern. Overall a great property. The Starbucks within the property is open till around noon. If they can keep it open till the evening that'll...

« Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est assez proche du Parkway et nous y sommes allés à pieds. La chambre est très grande et donne sur la rivière. C’est calme et les lits sont confortables. Les parties communes mériteraient une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est bien »
