The hotel is a little dated and tired. Check in was not very good and we were not informed about food options or amenities. The website didn’t have a menu we could look at either. Parking was extremely tight! Witnessed a supervisor treating a staff member poorly and the reception staff were not very welcoming either. Location was good but construction was a bit loud, not the fault of the hotel though.

Well located, clean and well staffed hotel. It is very convenient to have a restaurant in the same building, albeit with a limited menu. One main limitation is the parking at the property. Small, low roof clearance and tricky to drive in, has limited number of spaces, it is not guaranteed you’ll get one as a guest.

There’s underground parking, I would suggest pulling up front, checking in and asking about parking before parking across the street and paying. Wasted 30$ there. The floor we were on smelled, bearable but smelled. Hot water took about 5-10 mins to actually become hot. Other than those it was a great stay, staff was great and friendly and the room was clean.

Super clean, really New and updated, conveniently located and easy to get to. Very small parking spots and the restaurant closes pretty early so don’t expect a late dinner.

With two business days before travel the hotel had to move us due to a issue at their hotel. They moved us to a terrible hotel and there was really no feedback or support. We had to call several times to get confirmation from other hotel. Put a large group there were 5 of us out with little notice and very little support was disappointing.

We had a king suite room. The room itself was great, large, and clean. Nothing to complain about. Staff was friendly. The only issue was the parking. It is very limited and should be advertised as so. Otherwise great stay.

Parking is too tight, due to pay friendly somebody left their dog inside, the dog kept breaking, room access card was deactivated before the checkout time, no breakfast was included after renting expensive room

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay. Yes we are pet friendly and we do track cell numbers for guests with pets that step outside the hotel. I am sorry this guests pet was upsetting during the stay. Check out time is 11am and yes key cards will deactivate at this time. If a late check out was extended to you our agent should have brought this to your attention. As a full service Holiday inn breakfasts are not include but we do have rate plans that do included breakfast. please check out these options for your next stay.Thank you for staying with us.

The fact that it was pet friendly for a reasonable fee was very nice. Thank you Holiday Inn, when you must travel with your pet, this is a huge bonus. The noisy piece was only because I was there to do the marathon and as we were in the pet friendly floor, we were close to their restaurant. It wasn't terrible, but it was difficult to sleep early as I was needing to get up early the next morning.
