Beautiful room. The two queen beds had completely separate living areas which was great. Check-in was efficient. Had called to request a late checkout and then was told at arrival that it wasn’t possible - not a huge deal but disappointing. Overall impressed with stay.

not our first visit .. please check that what you reserve is what you get ... cause they might say no no you did not reserve this and you reserved true expida we can't help you or change it etc.... restaurant closed in the am lak of staff as well but yes facilities are good , staff is generally good and polite. The spa is always extra and it is nice .. it can get crowded evenings ans weekends

Used gift certificates for the koena spa. Booked a hotel room seperately. We were unable to use the spa the next day until check out, unlike if you booked a spa package which includes a room. That was the only downside. They upgraded our room..so that was nice.

We had repeated the same thing to different receptionist about our stay at this hotel until the last day. It looked to us that one receptionist didn't pass on booking detail to others well enough. There is no indoor pool, spa is not for kids who are younger than 18. Two restos, good gym, clean hotel but old and renovation is done for one elevator.

The room was outdated. Wallpaper was peeling from the wall, the bathtub/shower had pink in the grout. The clock in the room didnt have a plug so we had to rely on our cellphones. The staff was not welcoming. I wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was a little run down. Our room had multiple things broken (window crank, sink tap, shower curtain). In the hallways, some of the lights were falling off. We stayed for 2 days and after the first day, all 4 cards stopped working for the door. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was free and you got a discount for the spa. If you’re planning on going to the spa, then staying on property is worth it.

It was dirty with no amenities House keeping didn’t replenish the stuff and have to ask for Expedia pics are deceptive, spa access is not free very expensive, as much as cost of room for family if 4 Though service Of the front desk was very good Expedia pics are fraudulent , I feel cheated by Expedia They lure you to go to hotel showing pics of pool and spa , but nothing is free it cost 240 plus taxes for family of 4 for spa access for day Expedia should refund my money

I did not really enjoy my stay there at al. I went there with my son who is 7. First of all, aside from the spa there is nothing to do and children are not allowed. Secondly, the restaurants on site do not have a children's menu. Thirdly, there was a room party on the floor where we were and I had to call the front desk on several occasions because of the noise. To top it off, the salon was fully booked so I couldn't even get my nails done. On a positive note, we ate at the bistro and the food was quite nice. The service was great. The waiter had a good sense of humour and was very nice.

Our first stay here at the Chateau Cartier Hotel. Front Check in staff just sits on their phones looking bored and unattentive and when asked a question seems annoyed you interrupted them. Carpets throughout hotel very dirty and a good steam clean is in order. Our room layout was really impressive as we had two queen beds and were separated by two rooms for extra privacy. I must say the beds and bedding were very clean and beds comfortable but the floors were not very clean and had crumbs and dirt in every corner of each room. The bathrooms need a remodel. Tiles filed with black and need new grout. They had cloth benches at each end of the beds which were very attractive but very dirty. Hallways unvacumned , elevator floors dirty. Though this hotel was priced affordable my opinions are only neutral. I would not take anyone there if I wanted to impress them. It’s a beautiful hotel and great location and the spa was amazing. They could do so much better here with little effort.

Room wasnt ready at check in At 4!pm waited for additional 30 mins then got me a room , gave me room number and keys opened door, to my surprised there’s people in it little embarrassing went back downstairs waited another 25 minutes to get a room that tub wooden drain water and so on

Was great, looks mostly updated and clean. Can tell part of bathroom has been updated however the shower/tub had grout mildew or mold issue. Needs to be updated and weird spots on ceiling in bathroom need cleaning.

Coffee at Ono was terrible. The barrel sauna at the spa was falling apart. The water dispenser at the spa was filthy. Otherwise fantastic.

My family and I stayed here and were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub, but were surprised at check in when told there would be an additional fee of $35 for use of the pool/hot tub, as it is owned by a separate spa business. For $225 a night, my thoughts were it should have been included. The room was recentley renovated, but was easily notable that it was a quick job, the mirror was worn and used in the bathroom room, mold of dirty grout lines in the shower, and dips in the floating floor, and for some strange reason , no boot tray which resulted in contanct wet floors at the entrance. Not worth the money, unfortunate as this used to be a very nice place to stay.

The location is great and offers a lot amenities. However, the room was 'soulless' and not that clean. The shower tap came off in my hand and the room was not tidied up or the bed made during the two nights I stayed at the Chateau. No fresh towels either. The facility is great, the staff excellent but the condion and the service need improvement.
