« Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk. »

« Pool was closed by the health department due to cleaning agent residuals. There was dirty towels left in our room. We were only given 2 towels despite checking in 4 people and had to go to check in to request more. Very disappointed! »

« En arrivant l'employée voulait nous refaire payer la chambre alors qu'on l'avait déjà payé a Expédia le jour de la réservation. Il a fallu parlementer pendant 3/4 d'heure pour avoir gain de cause. Sinon chambre petite mais propre et silencieuse. Dommage que cette chaine d'hôtel fasse payer la wifi et qu'il n'y ai pas de frigo. »

« The hotel is under renovation, so I tried to understand the strong paint smell. That would have been find, until I got to the room and found the bathroom was not clean. The air in the room did not work. The room was hot and uncomfortable all night. It was too expensive to find it in this condition. »

« I checked in late at night. After a 12.5 hour drive from Houston, Tx. Once I checked in I grabbed my bed clothes and went straight to bed. I woke up in the early AM. I was covered In bed bug bites. « The hotel is dingy. Makeshift. Noisy at times. It’s as clean as it could be given its condition. However, the employees were very nice and did their best to be accommodating. »

« The place is alright. Looks like my grandmother designed it, but it's comfortable so who cares. It was clean. Not that much water pressure in the shower, but there's enough. Fridge and microwave in the room are great, they can help to cut down on restaurant food. A few restaurants are nearby. Easily accessible from the highway. »

« Absolutly disgusting. I checked in last night and the kid had no idea what was going on. Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". Worst customer service i ever...
