House 3 / apartment 2 On a park-like plot of more than 20,000 square meters, the oasis Am Haff with a total of 4 houses a 6 apartments. All terraces / balconies are in an ideal south facing position with fantastic views of the lagoon. Very tasteful, quality furniture. The excellent equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The houses 1 and 2 have in the basement over 365 m² leisure wellness and fitness areas, which are available to all guests. There is bio and Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, fitness, massages by appointment. Recreation rooms, games room for toddlers, billiards, table tennis and much more. V. A. more. In the outdoor area we have created a spacious playground area with swings, sandpit, Balancierstäben and Stufenreck- As a special attraction there is a large climbing pyramid. Our boule (boccia) track is very popular with adults. In addition to the Weber gas grills, two charcoal grills have been added. The 3 Haffterrassen invite you to chill out and have a nice time together. The Hangar 10 with its worlds of experience, aircraft museum and the very good restaurant is within walking distance after only 500 meters. The imperial baths are only 10-15 minutes by car. The tranquility and seclusion of the Haffküste guarantee, in contrast to the imperial baths, pure relaxation. The small airport Heringsdorf is only open from the end of April to the end of October and has a maximum flight volume of 8/9 machines on the weekends. These are only smaller machines. The peace in the oasis does not break. Read our reviews. All our guests rave about the heavenly peace in the oasis. The entire facility is barrier-free! The apartment with 119m² living space has a large living-dining area with open kitchen, bio-ethanol fireplace, large dining table for up to 6 people, leather sofa set, satellite TV (incl. SKY). The apartment has a free, own W-LAN connection. Equipment Kitchen: fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, microwave, coffee machine (filter and capsule machine), juicer, kettle. 2 bedrooms with box spring beds 1,80m x 2,00m and satellite TV. One of them a bedroom with large bathroom (en-suite) with walk-in shower. 1 bedroom with sofa bed, sleeping area (0,90m x 2,00m or 1,80 x 2,00m) and satellite TV. Bath 2 with shower cabin 0,90m x 0,90m. Hairdryers are available in every bathroom. Spacious, covered sun terrace with dining table and two recliners -Lift-up position-2 footstools. Great water view. The apartment has a parking space and a bicycle storage room. A recharge option for e-bikes is available. Baby cot free - without cushions and laundry - highchair free of charge - cot and high chair on request - while stocks last.

Equipment Kitchen: fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine (filter and capsule brand Cremesso), juicer, kettle. 2 bedrooms with box spring beds 1,80m x 2,00m and SAT-TV1 bedroom with sofa bed, sleeping area (0,90m x 2,00m or 1,80 x 2,00m) and SAT-TV. To sleep 1 large bathroom (en-suite) with walk-in showerBathroom 2 with shower cabin 0,90m x 0,90m. Hairdryers are available. Spacious, covered sun terrace with dining table and two recliners -Lift-up position-2 footstools. Additionally 2 sunbeds. Great water view of the Szczecin Lagoon. The apartment includes carport parking space + 1 open parking space and a private, lockable bicycle storage room (charging) .Baby bed free -without pillows and laundry- high chair free of charge - cot and high chair on request - while stocks last.

#### Tolle Wohnung, leider nichts in der Nähe.

An der Wohnung gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nur ein Bett hatte sehr weiche Matratzen. Carport, Stellplatz und Fahrradschuppen für jede Wohnung. Alles toll organisiert. Toller Blick aufs Haff. Da das Haff einen Schilfrand hat und das Gelände an einer Steilküste liegt, gibt es keinen Strandzugang. Es sind keine Läden, Restaurants oder ähnliches fußläufig vor Ort. Der "Rote Baron" ist geschlossen, da gibt es auch kein Frühstück. Der nächste Bäcker ist in Ahlbeck. Leider haben viele der Hundebesitzer die Hunde frei auf dem Gelände laufen lassen und dies auch zum Gassi gehen "missbraucht".
