The 45 m² apartment "Alpspitz" can accommodate 3 people and is located on the 1st floor of the building. With its high-quality pine wood furnishings, it radiates a cosy atmosphere. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a dining area and a well-equipped American kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom (with a shower and a corner bathtub). The family-friendly accommodation's amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and Sky. A washing machine, a baby cot, a children's bed and a high chair can be provided if requested in advance. Access the furnished, private balcony from the living room and enjoy a tasty breakfast on sunny days or unwind while admiring the snow-capped peaks. The absolute highlight of the apartment is its exceptional location, which offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. Countless hiking routes with alpine pastures and mountain, where you can take a break as well as downhill runs for winter sports enthusiasts are in the immediate vicinity and are waiting to be explored. The Kreuzeck cable car, Alpspitz cable car (2.2 km or a 4-minute drive) or the Hausberg cable car (2.4 km or a 6-minute drive) take you to unforgettable viewpoints and slopes - enjoy the clear view over the snow-covered wonderland in winter and the lush green meadows in summer. The Riessersee lake with its beach, restaurant and café is 2.4 km away. Close to the accommodation you will also find a small selection of restaurants (250 m) and supermarkets (650 m). Parking is available on the property. Ski storage possible. The apartment is located directly next to a busy road and on the first floor of the building there is a sports bar and it can get noisy.
