With a living area of around 90 m², three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for shared experiences and individual retreats. The bright living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a dining area in the bay window and cable TV, creating a homely atmosphere. The furnishings combine traditional, rustic elements with modern accents and invite you to linger - whether for convivial evenings or relaxed reading sessions. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils and crockery allow for comfortable cooking even on vacation. The south-facing terrace, which is directly accessible from the living area, offers space for breakfast outdoors or relaxing afternoons in the countryside. There are two bedrooms on the first floor - one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed - as well as a modern bathroom with shower and WC. A spiral staircase leads to the separate basement room, which has another double bed and its own shower room with WC - ideal for accompanying teenagers, grandparents or friends. The apartment is also equipped with WiFi, central heating, a washing machine and dryer in the basement and a private underground parking space. The apartment is a non-smoking accommodation, pets are welcome on request.
