"We had a weather delay result in a missed connection and myself and my son chose this hotel due to its high rating and reasonable rates for last-minute booking. This hotel and staff did not disappoint. The Moxy is well-located, clean, and full of friendly staff who helped us navigate what could've been a very stressful experience! From making sure we booked the right room (at almost 2AM!), making sure we could navigate the city, storing our luggage and arranging airport transport - the team really stepped up. The hotel itself is quite fun with unique, comfortable decor and fist floor lounge, coffee, and work space. We sadly did not make the roof bar as we were only passing through, however, we very much hope to return for a proper New York visit and stay here again in the future."
