We were looking for a home with privacy yet relatively quick access to Eureka Springs, Beaver Lake, and the Rogers/Bentonville area. It was exactly what we were looking for! The property and home were very well maintained, clean, comfortable, spacious, and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling out. The hot tub was amazing and the outdoor TV was a lovely perk! We stayed in late October so we didn't get to use the pool. Communication with Joey was easy and provided everything needed. The house was clean and all appliances were working and clean as well. We enjoyed the nice, hot, spacious hot tub on the back patio. We were able to watch football games on the TV and enjoy great meals and playing cards. This is a close location to Eureka springs where you can take a day trip and enjoy the site seeing of Victorian buildings full of shopping and great food. Got in a lot of miles on great roads. The property was well maintained and very clean. As it was October we didn't try the pool or hot tub. Access was limited to garage but not an inconvenience since we were parking out bikes in the garage anyway. Overall a very pleasant stay and the owner was very accomodating and promptly responded to any messages sent. Would definately book this property again for another stay. ##### John G. The hot tub was great! They had all the kitchen essentials we needed to make dinner/breakfast/coffee. Washer/dryer was a great plus! Honestly, we were sad to leave!
