Villa Albachiara was exactly what we expected, and the location did not disappoint in any way. Novella was incredibly helpful. We arrived early on check in day and she booked a restaurant for us to have lunch in whilst we waited. We had some issues with hot water for the first 3 days which was inconvenient but Novella helped where she could to get it resolved including getting a plumber out at 9pm in the evening. The check in could have been better, Anna seemed in a hurry, asked if I had any questions, but didn’t really share enough info about the bins or the way to use the key fob to access the barrier and gate which would have been useful. These are just minor issues and our overall experience was amazing. Dinner cooked at the villa by Jo was a highlight for us and once again we have Novella to thank for the recommendation and for booking it all for us. Geschirr, Besteck alles zusammenpassend, Padmaschine, riesengroßer Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Moulinette. Hier wurde an Alles gedacht! Novella behebt Alle Probleme. The Villas is located a bit up the mountain and only accessible via a private street - you definitely need a car! Once up there you will enjoy the fantastic views over lake Garda. We, a party of six including two children had a great time in the house, the kids loved the huge pool which unfortunately is not heated. Communication with the property management company Holiday Garda was very professional always one time, very informative with quick response times since the time of booking.
