Yellowstone Retreat Rentals U4: two blocks from Yellowstone!

Welcome to Yellowstone Retreat Rentals! Built in 2021, our two bedroom one bathroom apartments carry all the necessities you need to visit Yellowstone. The apartment is located only four blocks from the historic Roosevelt Arch, the North Entrance to Yellowstone. We are also located a few blocks from Arch Park, which provides grills, a gazebo and picnic tables, and the neighborhood elk that tend to hang out there. With our convenient location, you will also be close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants our little town has to offer. We have BRAND NEW MATTRESSES delivered in April of 2025.
As mentioned above, each unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a laundry room, washer and dryer, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided (nice for those guests who have been traveling for a bit!). There is a queen bed in each bedroom, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. We provide extra blankets, pillows, and sheet sets for the sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, as well as hairdryer and towels provided. We have a full kitchen with a full size oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. All of the basic kitchen essentials are provided along with dish soap. You cannot carry bear spray on the airplane, which is why we provide it for you! It is located above the microwave in the kitchen. Parking in Gardiner can be a struggle - not here! There is one parking spot per unit provided, right in front of the building. There is also a paved handicapped spot right in front of our ADA unit for those in need of it.

Some important things to note :
*We DO NOT provide cable TV. We have Smart TVs and you have the ability to log in to any streaming service you carry. We have the best WIFI plan available to accommodate our working travelers and those who want to relax with a movie after a long day in the park.
*Our air conditioning unit (our AC is not central air) is located in the living room, and tower fans are provided in the closet of each bedroom.
*If you are sensitive to noise, we would recommend getting a top floor unit. We worked with our contractor to do all we can to prevent noise transference, but these are apartments with two upper units, and two lower units. We also enforce quiet time from 10pm-7am, and no parties are allowed at our apartment.
*For our ADA unit: The countertops and cabinets are lower, and there is no under sink storage in the bathroom or kitchen to accommodate our guests in wheelchairs.

We are a small family business, and love what we do. We take great pride in our business, and want to provide each guest with a 5 star experience! We call this beautiful place our home, and sharing it with our guests is a great pleasure. Please inquire with any questions you may have, we look forward to seeing you soon!

Unit 4 is in the "Gray Building". When looking at the building, it's the top floor unit on the right with one flight of stairs.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation to Yellowstone! The condo is new and clean. The location is great, located in the cute town of Gardiner with shops and restaurants. The condo is located just outside the north entrance to Yellowstone and only an hour and a half from Bozeman airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Highly recommend staying here!

Condo was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well stocked with dish soap, laundry soap, and garbage bags. Communication with the owners was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Condo was within walking distance to town. Furniture was comfortable and in great shape. We loved the artwork! We appreciated the washer, dryer and dishwasher. The check-out list was simple. We had initially looked at a rental on the river with a great view but the reviews were awful, so we chose this instead. We were beyond thrilled with our choice!

Perfect for Yellowstone

We started our YNP and GTNP vacation here. This location is great for upper loop and Lamar valley. Loved walking the neighborhood and to the Arch. Beds were comfy (even the sofa bed!). Great kitchen, clean cookware, and basic supplies. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying here, very clean and everything we could have needed!! Loved having an A/C and fans for the Florida guest … even though we didn’t use all the extras that were provided, it was nice having them on hand. Very friendly host and so glad we went back and added an extra nights stay. Would highly recommend this to a friend.

Brand new property. Comfortable beds with extra blankets and pillows. Was very happy to see fans in the closets. Very nice silverware, dishes and pans. I was impressed. Within walking distance to restaurants and gift shops. Perfect location to get to Yellowstone in about 5 min if that. Coffee shop on the way to the gate. Don’t forget to bring good binoculars for Yellowstone. Also go to Lamar Valley by the northeast gate if you want to see lots of animals. I would absolutely stay here next time.

Excellent location

We spent several days in the northern part of Yellowstone, and this apartment was a great home base. Just a couple of minutes to the park entrance made it easy to go back and forth. Our group included 4 adults and 3 kids ages 4, 6 and 8. The owners provided a blowup mattress and extra bedding. The apartment is just like new and well equipped. And communication with the owners was fabulous.

Fantastic!

Wonderful accommodation! We had a fantastic stay with at Jayme’s apartment and our hosts went above and beyond for us! It was in a great location right by the Yellowstone park entrance. All of the apartment amenities were comfortable and clean! We had everything we needed for our few nights stay. Would highly recommend for anyone planning to visit Gardiner and Yellowstone National Park!

Third time in the same Unit

The fact that I've rented the same unit three different times should tell you everything.Very well-equipped unit in a great location. The more we stay in Gardiner, the more we cook as Gardiner seems to lose dining establishments every year. The kitchen in this unit has everything you need. Will stay in this unit again if its available when we are in the area.

Lovely place to stay!

Our unit was clean, quiet and a perfect location! Everything we needed for a relaxing time in the evenings was provided by the host. We Were able to walk to restaurants and shops from the unit. The entrance to Yellowstone is right up the street. Elk visited our property as well as some mule deer during our stay.

What a great place!

I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this was one of my favorites. It was so clean and modern and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus it’s close enough to walk to the restaurants in town. Not only that, the hosts were incredibly helpful with some unforeseen travel issues we had. I can’t thank them enough for their quick and helpful responses. We loved our stay!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay in Gardiner! Our unit was super clean, comfortable and quiet. It had everything that we needed. We loved the proximity to dinning and shopping. And it only took us a few minutes to enter Yellowstone National Park. We enjoyed wild Elk in the neighborhood several times. What a delight! We will definitely stay there again next year. We enjoyed meeting the owner Jayme. She certainly is attentive to her properties. Thanks for a wonderful, memorable stay!

In a word - Outstanding!!

We stayed four nights in Jayme & Jarrett's Yellowstone Retreat, Unit 4, VRBO. Their pride of ownership definitely shows. The apartment was spotless! The kitchen was well stocked with items you need to cook, and all were in excellent condition. All of the furniture is new and the decor is perfect for the area. The beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of towels, storage space and little extras like shampoo. Having an in-apartment washer and dryer sealed the deal when I booked, and they too are new and worked great. The apartment was far more spacious than we expected. Parking is right outside the door, and we felt very secure in this rental. The location is fantastic! Sometimes we find that owners exaggerate a bit - but not these owners! The unit IS three short blocks from the Roosevelt Arch/Northern Entrance to Yellowstone. Walking around to the eateries and shops was easy and fun. And don't be surprised to see Elk standing in the road or eating the crab apples in the neighbors yard. Every night we walked to the school to see a herd of Elk grazing in the football field (we felt sorry for the football team - but maybe they are used to dodging Elk scat!). Thank you Jayme & Jarrett for creating such an exceptional home away from home! If we are ever in the Gardiner, MT area again, we won't hesitate to book with you. We'll be telling anyone we come in contact with that is planning a trip to the northern area of Yellowstone about this fantastic place!

Awesome Stay
