"Biscayne Suites is a fairly typical shore-town boutique hotel. Design and layout feel a little dated; but it is clean, comfortable, and quiet in an unbeatable location. Staff was professional, welcoming, and pleasant. Very much appreciated the lack of wall-to-wall carpeting, which especially in a beach resort area can be more than a little funky. Only negatives were the elevator was broken and the shower in the room I originally booked wasnt working so they proactively switched me to a comparable room with the same view and had a staff member bring up my bags.
